VMC系列立式加工中心采用有限元分析软件( Ansys )进行优化设计,使机床结构设计更合理,机床刚性、精度保持性、可靠性趋近完美。机床床身、工作台、立柱、铣头等均采用高强度铸铁铸造而成,经二次回火时效处理,优化布筋结构,使整机性能更加符合加工特性和稳定性的需求。
●床身导轨采用大跨距尺寸设计,立柱采用A字型结构设计,从而使机床具有刚性和热稳定性。
●10000rpm台湾进口高性能主轴组,可选配主轴油冷装置,控制主轴温升,提高切削精度。
●三个进给轴均采用台湾进口直线滚柱导轨支撑,确保三轴定位精度。
●滚珠丝杠两端均给予预拉伸,增加了传动刚度并预先消除了快速运动时产生的热变形。
●机床采用防溅钣金全防护设计,美观大方,确保操作人员的人身安全。
